I always have a tube of hand cream at my desk to slap on when I'm working. I can't stand the feeling of slightly dry skin, plus giving yourself a little 3 minute hand massage is a good way to take a small break and indulge in a little self care. The hand cream that has taken up residence at my work station as of late is the Skinfix Ultra Rich Hand Cream and oh boy is it super-charged with hydration power!

This fragrance free hand cream comes in a silver tube with script in two shades of blue. It has a flip cap, which I honestly prefer over twist-off ones. The cream is super thick and doesn't have any colorants, so it's just a plain ol' white color. This sucker is chock full of hydrating ingredients like aloe, coconut oil, sunflower oil, and vitamin e. If you're staying away from parabens, this is for you since it doesn't contain it. It also doesn't contain any soy, gluten, or phthalates.

Since this is a really thick cream, a little goes a loooooong way. I use about a pea-sized amount and that's definitely more than enough for my two hands. I take advantage of the super rich texture to care for my hands by working out some of the muscular tension in them. After massaging it in until it absorbs, I'm left with super smooth, super hydrated hands that feel like they haven't worked a day in their life. Me. Gusta. Some people may find the thick texture a little obnoxious since it doesn't sink in immediately, but I don't mind that as long as it doesn't leave me feeling greasy - which it doesn't.

TL;DR

Size: 3 fl oz/90 mL

Price: $9.99

Availability: Ulta, Target, SkinFix

Pros:

  • Super hydrating
  • Free of irritants
  • You only need a tiny amount

Cons:

  • Takes a while to sink into the skin

Cruelty free: Yeppo!

Final thoughts: This is a super hydrating hand cream that I'd highly recommend for people with severely dry skin, cracked skin, sensitive skin, or people that just like really intense treatments. I like that it doesn't contain any irritants since sometimes I can be a bit sensitive to fragrances.
